Dies ist meine Interpretation des Drachenlöffels von Haithabu. Er besteht wie das Original aus Wacholderholz.
Der Löffel ist handgeschnitzt. Die Verzierungen habe ich mit einem Messer eingeritzt und mit Rindenpulver und Öl geschwärzt.
Vom Original ist der komplette Stiel erhalten, die Laffe jedoch nur fragmentarisch.

This is my interpretation of the dragonspoon from Hedeby. It is made of juniper, as the original piece.
The whole spoon is handcarved.
I´ve cutted the pattern with a knife and used fine barkpowder and oil to darken the cuts.
from the original the whole stalk is preserved, but the rest was just a fragment.
